Candidate’s Statement of Philosophy and Intent

  

Having been a Leader for over 20 years, I have learned to insure that every encounter with any individual or group embodies the inherent qualities as a leader. This means that as a leader, you have to have consistency on how you carry yourself or how people will observe you whether in a formal or informal setting. 

 

When I dedicate myself to a goal or objective, I am a person who will definitely give my best to complete the desired goal for the project.

 

I value other people for what they are and always provide them with an opportunity to prove themselves. I do not prejudge a person because I believe that every person has a unique contribution to any project or goal.

 

I value success and I am committed to insuring that I set goals and review these goals regularly.

I believe that to be successful in  anything you do, you must be a high performer.

 

Anything can be achieved if you set your  heart into it.

 

Being competitive is what thrives in the current healthcare environment.  You must not remove your focus even for just a second or you will miss the opportunity before you.
