PNAA LSP

The Philippine Nurses Association Leadership Scholars Program (PNAA LSP) is a three-level progressive leadership development curriculum designed to provide targeted education and mentoring to promising PNA chapter members to mold them into future leaders of the association. The program follows the principles of Benner’s Theory of Novice to Expert (1982) that nurses gain nursing knowledge and expertise going through phases of learning (novice, advanced beginner, competent, proficient, and expert). While there are leaders who are born to lead, many have the potential but need the guidance, direction, education and mentoring to turn them into effective and successful leaders.
