Menendez for joining Senator Schumer in requesting President Obsma to designate the Philippines under the TPS .Recently , the American Immigration Lawyers Association,AILA supported MHC's initiative calling for Temporary Protected Status for the estimated one million Filipinos in the United States, so they can be issued work permits and right to travel ; so that they can provide material and financial support to their families impacted by Yolanda. And most important help our country in dire!!.Granting of TPS does not need a Congressional legislation!
MHC is calling all including other countries and their nationals to support the call for TPS designation.This call can be done simultaneously with efforts of all organizations and individuals in raising funds for our brothers and sisters in Phil.!! Mabuhay !!
